Bakery Freezer High Temp Alarm

Service call for Bakery Freezer not holding temp, found Rack pressure at
24-25 psig of suction pressure. Store was remodeled and to many circuits were put on the low end of the rack. Every time some of the cases would cycle the suction pressure would go up, to make temp for the Bakery freezer it needs to be around 13 psig.
