How to Add Trailing Decimal Places to a Number in C#

Integers in C# don't have trailing decimal places, but you can add them using a format string.

Number types like floats, double, and decimal work with numbers with decimal places but only when you manually add them. Whole numbers don't have zeroes as trailing decimals by default.

An interpolated string can also be used to accomplish the same thing.
