Matriarch of Dixboro, Michigan: 90-year-old Nancy Trotter Reflections

In the home where she was raised and lives, Nancy provides details of her life in the hamlet of Dixboro in the twentieth century:
• Nancy's membership in the Dixboro Methodist Church,
• Memories of her father’s magnificent garden, and
• Her school days in the one-room school house (still standing) on the Village Green.
Her uncle was the local blacksmith. Nancy was born in 1930. The interview was completed in her home in the berg on January 12, 2021. (Dixboro, MI is located three miles east of Ann Arbor, MI on Plymouth Road.)
