This SwiftUI code implements a date and time picker inspired by Apple Invites. It displays either a "Date and Time" button or a formatted date range. Tapping either opens a sheet with toggles for all-day events and including end times, along with start and end date/time pickers. The end date is constrained to be after the start date. The formatted date range displayed adapts to the all-day and include-end-time settings.
