FreeCAD: Dynamic Polar Patterns. Duplicating features on change of diameter with formula

Using formulas in a polar pattern created in the part design workbench to dynamically duplicate features when the diameter of the part is changed. We learn how to use formula and how to create and use reference constraints to evenly place the features around the object and the same distance away from each other. Using both the sketcher and the partdesign wb of FreeCAD we will tackle multiple viewers question of how we can do this.
