HOW TO HardRest: Button Volume Up + Button Power Select the first Option with Volume Down(-), There is a the Recovery window (If dont appear the options press one time "Button Power"), Move with Volume Down and Select "Wipe Cache Partition" and "Wipe Data/Factory" with Volume Up(+), Reboot.
