Lor Mee is one of the Hokkien delicacies. This episode, Bryan & Chef Petrina learn from the traditional stall owners how to cook the gravy & understand more about the ingredients & old taste of traditional Lor Mee. Chef even tries to handmake noodles in order to recreate the old taste of Lor Mee.
