Gallon House:
There's a bridge not far from Silverton, [Oregon] where old style framework and charm make something monumental.

Biography:
In 2012, singer-songwriter, Matthew Price joined with Christiana Zollner to form the folk duo, Gallon House. Thoughtfully-crafted songs delivered with airtight harmonies are peppered with Christiana's blistering fiddle playing over the rhythm of Matt's acoustic guitar and kick drum. Their namesake, Gallon House Bridge, a covered bridge located between Matt and Christiana's hometowns, Silverton and Mt. Angel, earned its name by being used as a moonshine drop between the once-"dry" town of Silverton and the "wet" town of Mt. Angel. Now, just like the moonshiners before them, Matt and Christiana deliver a product that makes your heart glad and leaves you wanting more. They recorded their debut full-length album in the summer of 2012 with producer, Rob Stroup. True to their live performance, the album is driven by Matt's acoustic guitar and Christiana's violin as the two deliver duets with lyrics that playfully interlace and harmonize. The album was due to be released in early 2013.
