When Nikola came back from Pacific Crest Trail he wanted to make the same thing in his homeland. He wanted to roam free across Croatia so he gathered enthusiasts and within a year and a half he was ready to thru hike Croatia. He invited Matt Bisenius, his good friend whom he met on PCT to hike with him. Marina asked to join the crew and the big three was formed. They were ready to make a brand new long distance trail.
