Ridge: Boris Johnson on funding his aims as possible Prime Minister

Tory leadership candidate Boris Johnson talks education and austerity during a sit down with Sky's Sophy Ridge.

He claimed there is "cash available" for his growing list of spending promises and that if he became PM if borrowing had to increase for infrastructure he would accept it.

His policies include extra police on the streets, tax cuts and everybody to have faster broadband.
