Quick Rabri Malai Ladoo | Festival Dessert Recipe #shorts#ytshorts#viral#trending#festival
Ingredients
* 2 litre full cream milk
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
* 1–2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar (for making chenna/paneer)
* Chopped pistachio or almonds for garnish (optional)
Method
Step 1: Make Chenna / Paneer
1. Heat 1 litre milk in a pan until it starts boiling.
2. Add lemon juice little by little and stir gently.
3. Milk will curdle and separate into water and chenna.
4. Strain with a cotton cloth and wash with fresh water to remove sourness.
5. Squeeze extra water and keep aside for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare Rabri
1. In another pan, heat the remaining 1 litre full cream milk.
2. Cook on low flame while stirring continuously.
3. Scrape the cream from the sides and mix back into the milk.
4. Cook until milk becomes thick and rabri-like.
Step 3: Make the Mixture
1. Crumble the prepared chenna into the rabri.
2. Add sugar and elaichi powder.
3. Mix well and cook for 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
4. Let it cool slightly.
Step 4: Shape the Ladoo
1. Grease your hands lightly with ghee.
2. Take small portions and make round ladoos.
3. Garnish with chopped pistachio or almonds.
Serving
Keep the ladoos in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for best taste. Soft, creamy Rabri Malai Ladoo is ready to enjoy.
