EVENT OVERVIEW

The Arnold Masters Strongman World Championship features multiple age- and weight-class divisions for men and women Masters athletes (40+ and 50+). Athletes earned their spots by excelling at qualifying events throughout 2025 and early 2026.

10:00 AM: Keg Load for reps
11:00 AM: 13″ Axle Deadlift for max weight
12:30 PM: Dumbbell and Log Press Ladder
1:30 PM: Frame Carry for time
2:30 PM: Arm-Over-Arm Sled Pull
3:30 PM: Awards

Competitors will test their strength across a variety of traditional strongman events designed for the Masters division.
