रासायनिक खत खरेदीसाठी लागू करण्यात आलेल्या ऑनलाइन खत बुकिंग प्रणालीमुळे शेतकऱ्यांना होत असलेल्या गैरसोयीविरोधात जिल्हा काँग्रेस कमिटीच्या वतीने जालना रोडवरील केंब्रिज चौकात रास्ता रोको आंदोलन करण्यात आले. खासदार कल्याण काळे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली झालेल्या या आंदोलनात मोठ्या संख्येने शेतकरी सहभागी झाले. आंदोलनकर्त्यांच्या मते, ऑनलाइन बुकिंग प्रक्रिया, सर्व्हरच्या तांत्रिक अडचणी आणि खत वितरणातील विलंबामुळे शेतकऱ्यांना वारंवार कृषी सेवा केंद्रांच्या फेऱ्या माराव्या लागत आहेत. खरीप हंगामाच्या तोंडावर शेतकऱ्यांना वेळेत आणि पुरेशा प्रमाणात खत उपलब्ध होणे अत्यावश्यक असल्याने या प्रणालीचा फेरविचार करावा, अशी मागणी करण्यात आली.

The District Congress Committee organized a 'rasta roko' (road blockade) protest at Cambridge Chowk on Jalna Road to highlight the inconvenience caused to farmers by the online booking system for chemical fertilizers. A large number of farmers participated in the protest, which was led by MP Kalyan Kale. According to the protesters, issues such as the online booking process, technical server glitches, and delays in fertilizer distribution are forcing farmers to make repeated trips to agricultural service centers. They demanded a reconsideration of this system, emphasizing the urgent need for timely and adequate fertilizer availability ahead of the Kharif season.
