Using Reiki to Balance Your Body's Energy and Focus on What's Important in Your Practice

Our guest speaker, Suellen Fagin-Allen, is a mindfulness-based licensed psychotherapist and Reiki Master-Teacher in Orlando, Florida. A graduate of Florida State University College of Law where she was a national award-winning Moot Court competitor, Suellen was a trial and transactional lawyer full-time for 10 years before turning her attention to other career interests. As a mental health practitioner, her focus is on integrative therapy to promote overall wellness including mental, physical, emotional and spiritual components and she has studied and taught Reiki and other energy medicine modalities for over 15 years. Suellen will discuss the history of energy psychology, the concept of stuck energy, and how it affects focus. Then, she shows us how we can all try Reiki to increase our energy flow.
