Here's my English adaptation of the poem.

LOVE ALONE

Just once a wave foams to a boiling crest,
before the sea again claims her his own.
A heart cannot in a betrayal rest:
there’s no betrayal—there’s just love alone.

Regardless, whether we quarrel or play
or lie—a silence dwells within the heart.
No, never do we actually betray
one soul—one love that can’t be split apart.

Repetitive and full of empty strife,
a lonely desert chant in monotone
that vanishes without a trace—our life,
with one exception—love, yes, love alone.

Just permanence contains infinity,
only in constancy can depth be known.
The closer we are to eternity,
the clearer we see there’s just love alone.

It’s true we do pay in blood for our love,
but loyalty’s a loyal soul’s backbone.
Our love is one as below so above,
one love, yes, love alone, as death alone.
