Hey New Yorkers! It's your favorite hot dog cart condiment! Here's a new episode of The Sports Bar featuring a copycat recipe for the state-famous "Sabrett Pushcart Style Onions in Sauce!"

INGREDIENTS - (makes enough for two hot dogs)

1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup sliced onions
3/4 cup chicken broth or water
1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 tablespoon corn starch
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
