Call to release activist Michael Amushelelo

A group of people from Walvis Bay and Swakopmund arrived in Windhoek last night to show support for the call to release activist Michael Amushelelo. Amushelelo's trial is set to take place in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday. The Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEEF) are holding a protest this morning, marching from the Katurura Youth Centre to the Windhoek Correctional Facility and Katutura Magistrate’s Court, where they will hand over petitions calling for the release of Amushelelo.
