Prenatal Yoga Poses - Seated Ankle-to-Knee | Parents

Watch as Parents Magazine shows you how to do the seated ankle-to-knee pose -- a prenatal yoga pose to help with your third trimester of pregnancy! This pregnancy yoga pose will help open your hips. To start this prenatal yoga pose, set your palms behind you, put your right ankle on your leg knee, and lift your chest up as you draw your right knee away from you. Breathe, relax your leg, then switch sides. Come up to sit cross-legged, bring your palms out in front of you, and walk them forward. Press your hips down, and walk your hands back. Switch the crossing of your legs, then repeat. For great yoga benefits, use this prenatal yoga pose during your second trimester of pregnancy!
