“In five years’ time I want to still be working for your business. I have set my sights on this role with your company for some time now, and I see my career developing solely with your organization. In five years’ time I would have developed both professionally and personally. I plan to achieve this by completing lots of training development courses, and by working on challenging projects that constantly push my skills and qualities.
