Hello everyone, here's our dish for today - PAPAITAN or Pinapaitan sa aming mga ilokano. PAPAITAN is famous ILOCANO dish and best to cook especially in rainy season. Enjoy watching the video and discover my secret ingredient for this dish.

Ingredients:
I Kilo beef innards
300 grams beef brisket
2 thumbs ginger
2 medium size onion
1 whole garlic
3pcs Green Chili
1 bunch Spring onion
1/2 tsp peppercorn (crushed)
1 pack Mama Sita's Papaitan Mix
2 tbsp thai oyster fish sauce
4 cups water (broth from boiled innards & brisket)
1 pc. Lemon
1 tbsp black coffee (add 2 tablespoon if you want more bitter taste)

Note: Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
