EASY APPLE PANCAKES!🍎
Ingredients
* 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
* 30g (1/4 us cup) oat🌾
* 1 egg 🥚
* 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon of smooth nut butter (I used almond butter)

Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor/blender and pulse until they form a smooth batter.
2. Heat a non sticky skillet on medium heat and grease it with coconut oil (or the oil/butter of choice).
3. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of butter using a spoon to spread out the mixture.
4. Cook fron 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
5. Serve and Buon appetito! 😋

🧒 Suitable from 9+ months (I’d suggest to avoid baking powder for under 1 year)
❄️ Stone in the fridge in an airtight container for a couple of days, or freeze for up to 3 months
