Ghetto sonotube

Replacing our deck. The Existing footings are OK except one was too deep and dirt was piled around the bottom end of the post. So I replace the footing. Use a 5 gallon bucket to form the top of the 2 ft. dia. footing instead of sono tube. Should’ve oiled the bucket but it was old and sun baked so it came off in pieces fairly easily.
