Tektronix DC503A Frequency Counter OCXO Mod

In this video I show how to add an OCXO (Oven Controlled Crystal
Oscillator) to a Tektronix DC503A Universal Counter/Timer module.

This mod effectively adds the 'Option 1' to the module for greater
measurement accuracy.
