Shyheim Rugged kicks some knowledge on the Sitdown

Shyheim Rugged sits down with EmEz to speak about how we can bring back the essence of Hip Hop. He believes if we share information that the legends taught through music back in the days to the youth, a difference can be made in our community. He also feels like parents should be more hands on with their children so they are not influenced to do the wrong things that can lead them to prison.

Shyheim Rugged also speaks about how the Wu-Tang group was formed. All the members were raised in Staten Island and had their own situations in the music business before the group was put together. The hip hop veteran also shared how being incarcerated changed the way he thinks and moves as an artist. The creative rapper lets it be known that if you don't have expectations and live in the moment, that you'll be able to enjoy your success a lot more.

Shyheim Rugged also speaks about his new single "They'll Never Get It" that will be dropping pretty soon. He speaks about his trials and tribulations and how he affected his mental health.
