Extra Oral Salivary leak from Trauma: Management #maxillofacialsurgeon #aesthetic#maxilla

The patient presented with complaint of excessive salivation following injury to the right side of the face .
During his first visit , Extraoral abrasions were noted, associated with sutured lacerated wound. Further evaluation there was excessive salivary flow from the injured soft tissue region of the face .
Hence the treatment of salivary leak was planned with injections , followed by tablets.
The results were very satisfying without any recurrence.
