Today we will be talking about great makeup, that works, looks great and does not break the bank.
I do understand that some of these items are not the cheapest but I am trying to talk about products that are high quality with out the extremely high price tag. I personally have never found a good foundation under 1,200ksh or a fantastic setting spray under 1,500. I've tried rose water.... didn't like the results. Tried a brand of foundation under 800 and broke out into a rash. I've also tried a press powder that was under 500 that caused creasing and separation of the makeup. So, when I say on a budget I am talking about great quality with out the "high-end" price tag
