A client who hired me to do some remodeling work had hired her own painter.

They wanted their walls painted the shade of white they liked most.

They had gone back and forth several times trying various samples before deciding.

But the painter made his own call.

He picked the color for them.

He painted the walls of their home.

The client found out soon after,

and they hated it.

He was fired in case you were wondering.

This is why my whole process is focused on only one thing.

Giving the client what they want most.

If they don’t get what they want, nothing else matters.
