0:10 - pattern sketching
0:13 - CnC mill programming
0:17 - raw material cutting
0:30 - milling and threading of setting holes
0:53 - milling pattern paths
1:04 - new set of patterns have to be heat treated
1:13 - hardening
1:18 - making of stainless damascus billet
1:45 - billet shape is finalized on power hammer
1:53 - leveling the billet on a hydraulic press
1:57 - new pattern installed :)
2:06 - embossing the pattern
2:20 - embossed piece of stainless damascus
2:24 - soft annealing
2:32 - milling of the embossed surface
2:47 - etching - structure is finally visible :)
