LFC#98 - Toshiba C50 No Charge

A dry joint is when the component is 'stuck' to the board, but there's a poor electrical connection, or none at all. It's usually down to a brittle solder joint. Some basic probing revealed a dry joint on this Toshiba C50, so we clean it up and resolder it.
