Heewing T1 Ranger VTOL update

Resolved a few issues and wanted to give an update. Find the new param file uploaded to thingiverse page.

1) moved tail motor ESC outside for better cooling
2) added capacitors to all ESCs
3) soft-mounted FC to reduce effect of vibrations
4) re-tuned PIDs and other settings
5) resolved a problem with prop striking nacelle during yaw

Setup flight mode to use 2 switches on rc transmitter

To calibrate ESCs use Q_ESC_CAL = 1 over USB and connect power with throttle set to maximum then drop throttle to zero. Reset Q_ESC_CAL = 0.

- note the Q_tilt_yaw_angle.. I have mine set 10 degrees past vertical
