Ingredients:
Til/White Sesame Seeds - 250 Grams
Desi Ghee - 1 TSP
Jaggery/Gud - 150 Grams
Eliachi Powder
Method:
1. Add sesame seeds to the kadhai and dry roast them until they change color.
2. In the same kadhai, combine desi ghee and jaggery, stirring continuously until it melts.
3. Once bubbles form, add the roasted sesame seeds and mix well.
4. Sprinkle a little cardamom powder for added flavor.
5. Grease your hands with ghee, take a small portion of the mixture, and shape it into round ladoos.
