[1.15] Simple Unstackable Item Sorters & Applications

Just a few simple unstackable item sorters based around instant dropper chains. Can sort shulker boxes, potions/water bottles, flint + steel, shears, minecarts, and boats.

Working on a combined sorter that will sort all unstackables, as well as a data reader for the base-6 numbers I described at the end.
