10X10 impact screen from Carl's Golf on Amazon, $280
4X5 hitting mat with cutout for OptiShot, $50-300 depending on where you get it. Optishot has one for $299 with cutout. Try your local golf course/driving range to see if there are any for sale cheap.
Net and turf came cheap at local big box hardware/home store (Menard's in my case)
Cheap LED overhead lights for club head, $10x2
Golf ball tray optional, about $30 on Amazon
