Leviste appeals vs public shaming of flood control accused in wake of Cabral's death | ANC

Soundbytes: Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste shared evidence on Friday that members of the House of Representatives are given allocations even beyond the P401.3 billion “allocable” budget for DPWH projects listed in documents from the office of the late Undersecretary Catalina Cabral. Leviste claimed congressmen can propose project at the National Expenditure Program for at least P150 million.
