Selecting a Word of the Year

Hey there Planners! I am kicking off my annual goal setting for 2021 by finding my Word of the Year. And yes, I know it is only October. But this is actually the perfect time to start. I have been using a Word of the Year since 2016. It is the foundation of my annual goals and one of my favorite ways to get ready for a new year.
