They say to build bigger arms and powerful shoulders you need to go to the gym with tons of complicated equipment. You´ve probably heard this misconception dozens of times BUT here we have a set of the best 6 exercises that can help you build bigger and powerful arms, without heavy weights.
EXERCISE NUMBER 6 Is Crab Walk. Do 10 to 15 reps one way then the other way. Have a rest then repeat 2-3 times.
EXERCISE NUMBER 5 is Bodyweight Dips Do a total 4 sets of 12 to 15 repetitions and a 45 second rest between sets.
EXERCISE NUMBER 4 is The pike push-up. Ideally you want to be aiming for 2-1-2, that is two seconds down, one second hold, two seconds back up. Complete 3 sets of 15 to 20 repetitions.
EXERCISE number 3 is Handstand Wall Walk. Do a total 3 sets of 15 to 30 seconds, although you will get the most bang for your buck with sets that average between 20 and 30 seconds. Take 1 to 2 minutes of rest between sets.
EXERCISE number 2 is Diamond Push-Ups. Do a total 4 sets of 12 to 15 repetitions and a 45 – second rest between sets.
EXERCISE NUMBER 1 is Shadow Boxing Mix jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts together in any pattern that you want for 2 to 3 minutes straight, and then rest 30 seconds. That’s 1 round. Do 6 to 10.
