Today I'm reviewing Dodow: an innovative sleep aid device that promises to put you to sleep in 8 minutes. Does it work? I decided to try it out for a week and document my experience with it.

Dodow is completely natural solution inspired by 13,000 studies on cardiac coherence. It uses light to adjust your breathing and put you in a relaxed state which allows you to fall asleep quickly.
