Epson Ecotank Unbiased Review and Setup (ET-3700) with Alignment and video Instructions

In this video, I give an unbiased review of the printer. I set up the printer. I give video instructions on how to add ink to the Ecotank portion of the printer. I explain how to download the Epson drivers. I show how to get the proper printer head alignment. I also reveal how to connect the printer to your wifi network using the wifi wizard. Last, I illustrate how to add paper and how to add the new printer to your computer. I even show an example of a printed photograph of my cat so you can be the judge of the print quality!

The only thing about this printer I dislike is that it takes a long time to set up the printer. I think many people will need to watch this video in order to get started with the printer because there are many setup steps and they are not that easy in my mind.

In summary, this is basically an unbiased review and setup of the Epson Expression ET-3700.
The model number is: C11CG21201 (It is wireless, full color, and all in one because it can print, scan and copy.)

In my opinion, the purpose of this printer is to save money on ink. There are no printer cartridges. You save money by refilling the printer with ink yourself. The printer comes with fairly large bottles of ink in all the colors you need for full color printing and black and white printing.

This is essentially a more eco friendly printer. It also prints more pages before needing more ink than other printers.

The printer is wireless. It works by using its EcoTank. This is where you pour the ink in yourself. You never have to buy ink cartridges again because the ET-3700 offers cartridge free printing and it holds a lot of paper.

The Expression ET-3700 EcoTank offers new technology since its ink tanks hold more than one year’s worth of ink in the box when you buy it. The Ecotank can print more than 10,000 pages which adds up to more than 29 ink cartridges if you were to buy a different printer. It also contains a new automatic ink stopper that shuts off the flow of ink when the printer’s ink levels are full since the ink bottles are turned upside down as you fill. This helps you avoid a mess when refilling the ink in the printer.

The best part of this printer is that it does not cost much to buy more ink. In fact you save around 75 percent off the cost of ink because of the ink bottles that come with it.
