Mr Bleaney is a poem by Philip Larkin and in this poem he explained bleak lifestyle of Mr Bleaney. The message which he wanted to give through this poem was that if you are born poor that's not your fault but if you die poor that's you fault for sure since for changing your lifestyle you have to struggle and for achieving your dream you have to burn midnight oil.
