You've made it to the final boss of the 2026 Vault: Bowser. Don't let the low rep scheme fool you. This one is simple but FAR from easy. It'll start off manageable but ""get real"" about 10-15 rounds in. Stay focused and keep fighting until it's GAME OVER.
We're looking for each round to take 45-60 seconds. Without question, the lungesters should be done unbroken. With only 2 reps, it might be tempting to go heavy on these. While it's probably OK to go a little heavier than you typically would, don't get too crazy. You should feel strong and confident - not hesitating to pick up the weight.
For the burpee box jumps, smooth, steady movement will outlast inconsistent sprints. We recommend turning around on top of the box and taking a long step backwards. That way, as soon as both feet touch down, you're set and ready to start the next rep and far enough away that you won't bump your head on the box.
