Crankworx Innsbruck 2021 | A week of bikes, laughs and community

With Crankworx British Columbia coming up we are taking a look back at the first stop on the Crankworx tour this year; Innsbruck where California based CLLCTV rider Luca Cometti headed over to Austria to take part in the week long event of jam-packed racing, and to document the fun and insane riding going down by the CLLCTV crew from a riders perspective.

We had the Canyon CLLCTV factory downhill team on site, along with the FMD Racing team and Slopestylers Tomas Lemoine and Thomas Genon and many more! It was an event that brought together the whole CLLCTV and the atmosphere was electric!

Kaos Seagrave took the win in the Whip Offs with an insanely stylish whip, Tomas Lemoine took 2nd in the pumptrack after an immensely tight finals. In the Speed & Style event Tomas Lemoine and Thomas Genon tricked the last jump in tandem and took 1st and 2nd respectively. Heading into the downhill we had podiums a plenty with Troy Brosnan taking 2nd in the elite men’s, Tahnee Seagrave taking 3rd in the elite women’s, Phoebe taking 1st in the U19 Women’s and Henri Kiefer taking 2nd in the U17 mens. It was an insane week filled with laughter and endless bike riding, the perfect kind of week. We can’t wait for what Crankworx BC will bring!
