CAT LITTER FOR FORGING?!?!

I bet you didn't think you could use cat litter for forging. That is exactly what this vlog is about today. We are making water glass using lye and cat litter. This is a chemical that is used as a high temperature glue and we are making water glass to finish our gas forge. This is part 1 of this series and it can also be found in our blacksmithing playlist. As we continue setting up a blacksmith shop in our timber framed shop we are constantly finding new tools and fixtures to be built. The best part about this is that once we have it built we will be able to use it on many future forging projects. Hope you enjoy.
