Maine Governor Janet Mills Defies Trump’s Ban on Men in Women’s Sports

Maine has rejected President Donald Trump’s executive order banning trans athletes from girls and women’s sports, insisting he is on the wrong side of the law. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recently found multiple Maine institutions, including Greely High School, in violation of Title IX for allowing trans students to compete in high school sports.
