In this video I will take you through 7 days worth of meals as I travelled throughout France. Not only will you get real life French food example from what I ate in France, you will see a range of food in France from restaurant to home cooked meals, so you can better understand what do they eat in France, typical french diet, a typical french dinner, typical french breakfast, and typical french lunch at home. Keep in mind though that every region of France is so different that a typical french breakfast lunch and dinner / typical french meals in a day isn't a thing we can generalise!
