High Protein Cakes - Low Cal!

🤯 Which flave is calling?😍

I am afraid to say that there’s a real risk I won’t be making any other breakfast, snack or dessert for the foreseeable future.

Cake, cake, cake is what I’m gonna make 🎂

Here are the 4 sweet high protein (microwave!!) cakes I currently have on rotation…

The base:

30g Oats
60g (2) Egg Whites
50g Fat Free Smooth Cottage OR Greek Yog
50ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
15g Whey Protein Powder (Must taste good!)
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
2-3g Powdered Sweetener/Drops
Pinch Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

* Blend together until smooth
* Choose your flavour below
* Pop into microwave safe bowl (sprayed with nonstick spray)
Use a slightly bigger bowl or else it could volcano over and that will be very depressing.
* Microwave for 1.5 - 2 mins (I like the centre still soft)

Flavours: Add to base

🍫 Chocolate: 309 Cals - 35g P
Add 8g Coco Powder

🥜 Peanut Butter: 327 Cals - 39g P
Add 10g PB2 Powder (Or use regular if ya wish!)

🥕 Carrot Cake: 308 Cals 34g P
1 Tsp Cinnamon
60g Finely Grated Carrot
*The only thing I don’t blend the is carrot!

❤️ Red Velvet: 299 Cals 35g P
Add 5g Coco Powder
Splash of red food colouring

✅ Icing:

80g Fat Free Smooth Cottage OR Greek Yog
1-2g Powdered Sweetener/Drops
(Can also add cinnamon, vanilla essence, coco powder, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, sprinkles, the world is your delicious 🦪)

Turn out ya cake, ice and devour my dolls!!!
