Colombia's president wants the U.S. to stop punishing Cuba #sanctions
Colombian President Gustavo Petro says the U.S. should remove Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism, a designation that not only hurts Cubans with sanctions but also ignores Cuba's role in helping Colombia make peace after decades of civil conflict.
