Home Renovation -Raising a Vaulted Ceiling

We' ve taken out our ceiling along with the outdated fiberglass R-15 insulation that was loose laid in the joist bays and framed up a vaulted ceiling. We've dropped sistered a 2x6 from the original 2x4 to give us a 1" air gap between the insulation and the roof sheathing. We insulated with Rockwool R-23 Mineral Wool and a 1" layer of R-6 Thermasheath Polyisocyanurate rigid foam R-Max for a continuous insulation barrier.
