You Have NEVER Seen Mexican Food Like THIS!!! Paradisus Playa del Carmen All-Inclusive Resort

It is our first night back in Mexico so we must have an authentic Mexican meal... but boy were we surprised with what we were served at Mole at Paradisus Playa del Carmen. This is Mexican cuisine to a whole nother level!! Every morsel of food we had was delicious!!! We covered the gambit of variety starting with chorizo over melted Oaxaca cheese and red sea bass ceviche. Next up is two varieties of hearty soups. Then onto the main dish where our choices were marinated pork leg and sea bass in red mole sauce. For dessert.... churros stuffed with guava cream and homemade chocolate ice cream. This was a food experience that was like no other.... and absolutely fabulous!!

We spent the rest of the evening watching our Saints beat the pants off the Bucs and checking out the entertainment at the resort. There was a full Mayan production show in the theater and acoustic guitar in the chill area... I don't know what the official name of this area is, but it is where we went to chill every day. What a great first day!!!
