Pachelbel's Canon in D (arr. Kotaro Oshio, longer version) カノン - 押尾コータロー

This is a practice recording from November 2023 when I went home to play Canon to accompany my cousin walking down the aisle. The task was to play Canon as background music for 5 minutes so I took a more reflective approach to the piece and did many repeats... and voila mission accomplished.

Kotaro Oshio's guitar arrangement of this piece remains my favourite. Bits such as 01:29-01:53 and 03:00-03:17 with 3-part voicings are just beautiful and super satisfying to listen to.

I hope this familiar tune can bring some peace of mind to the listener.
