EUROVISION - TOP 30 OF THE DECADE (2010-2019)

This list is based on the amount of points the songs achieved in the grand final. Their points have been divided with the highest points available (in case every other country gave them 12 points), and multiplied by 100 to get a percentage which is the basis of the ranking.
For example, in 2015 40 countries participated, and if Sweden had gotten 12 points from all the other 39 countries, they would have gotten 468 points. Since they actually got 365 points, which is 77,99% of the maximum, they are the most successful winners of the decade.
